Position: Litigation Paralegal
Salary: Competitive and based on experience
Experience: 10+ years in labor/employment litigation practice
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Position Summary:
- Opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a national labor and employment law firm
- Perform interesting, sophisticated, and substantive billable work to support attorneys and Fortune 500 clients
- No travel required and offers a hybrid work schedule after a preliminary period

Essential Functions:
- Research law, investigate facts, and prepare documents to assist attorneys with matters in state and federal courts and administrative agencies
- Summarize complex legal documents
- Maintain, organize, and index case files
- e-File pleadings with state and federal courts
- Draft a variety of legal documents, including notices, subpoenas, and form pleadings
- Cite check briefs and prepare supporting exhibits
- Assist with document collection, review, and production
- Provide attorney support for hearings and depositions
- Prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Provide attorney support during trials and arbitrations
- Communicate with witnesses and experts
- Assist with scheduling and coordinate with docketing team
- Record and enter billable time in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Paralegal certification from an accredited program or Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in labor/employment litigation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Results-oriented with superb time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw, Intapp, and other document management systems
