We are currently seeking two Creditors' Rights Paralegals to join our growing full-service law firm in one of our multiple North Carolina offices, including Greenville, Raleigh, New Bern, Wilmington, or Asheville.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor bankruptcy dockets and email notifications
- Draft legal documentation for State and Federal Court, including pleadings, discovery, motions, notices, and agreements
- File and serve State and Federal civil actions
- File and serve bankruptcy notices and pleadings
- Schedule, calendar, and prepare for hearings
- Perform all paralegal functions under the supervision of an attorney and paralegal supervisor

Qualifications:

- At least two years' experience in handling bankruptcy and civil litigation
- Working knowledge of State and Federal court systems and rules
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

We are currently seeking two Creditors' Rights Paralegals to join our team and assist our attorneys in handling bankruptcy and civil litigation cases.

As a Creditors' Rights Paralegal, you will be responsible for monitoring bankruptcy dockets and email notifications, drafting legal documentation for State and Federal Court, filing and serving civil actions and bankruptcy pleadings, and scheduling and preparing for hearings. You will work under the supervision of an attorney and paralegal supervisor, utilizing your strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the success of our cases.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least two years' experience in handling bankruptcy and civil litigation, a working knowledge of State and Federal court systems and rules, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also required.
