They will conduct Human Resources (HR) related investigations to ensure that employee issues are resolved in adherence to all company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations and manage resolution by provide recommendations to Operational Management and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) as appropriate. - Salary: $60K to $75K - Job Title: Bilingual Employee Relations Partner - Experience: 5 years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations required - Location: Remote, must live in North East/Central - Department: Human Resources The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner is a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and fair treatment of employees within a company. This position requires fluency in Spanish and the ability to conduct sensitive investigations while remaining impartial. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and will provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize the company's legal liability. Essential Functions: - Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems - Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations - Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams - Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, risk mitigation, and administration of union Collective Bargaining Agreements (as applicable) - Travel as needed to company sites within supported region Skills and Abilities: - Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately - Ability to upskill and train on technology and functional aspects of case management systems - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Flexibility and self-driven nature to excel in a fast-paced environment - Capable of multi-tasking and excellent time management skills - Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of required experience - 5 years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations required Salary Information: - Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant's skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. - The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $75K Benefits: - Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance options - Paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave - Tax advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan Current Employees: If you are a current employee at Ryder, you can apply through the internal application process using Workday.
