Law Firm is seeking a Senior Finance Associate for their Minneapolis office. This is a full-time position with the option for hybrid remote work. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in finance, specifically with lender and/or borrower-side representations. They should also have experience with drafting and negotiating syndicated credit facilities, private credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-based lending.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate syndicated credit facilities, private credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-based lending
- Review and revise debt commitment papers, collateral documents, and other closing deliverables
- Provide support and assistance to the team in deal management, client interaction, and work product
- Maintain a strong academic background with superior drafting skills
- Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in finance
- Experience with lender and/or borrower-side representations
- Strong drafting skills
- Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Minnesota Bar
- Diligent, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented
