Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance Team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and learn from experienced attorneys, while contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing key documents
- Coordinate and manage non-disclosure agreements
- Support business teams in deal execution
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Assist with litigation matters and corporate records management
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations
- Supervise and assist with special projects and initiatives
- Provide support to the Legal and Compliance Team

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum two years commitment to the role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with legal documentation preferred
- Adaptable to change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professionalism and confidentiality

Salary Information:
- Expected annualized base salary of $65,000 to $75,000
- Additional rewards and incentives may be included in our compensation structure
- Base salary will be determined based on role level, location, qualifications, and experience
