Senior Associate/Partner
The candidate must have strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and, preferably, must have mid or large law firm experience in commercial litigation. Responsibilities will include: drafting, research, client interaction, depositions, and trial work. Should be an excellent writer with finely honed analytical skills, able to handle multiple matters with independence and sound judgment, and able to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external senior management as well as with other attorneys of the firm.
