Responsibilities:

- Research and analyze legal sources such as statutes, judicial decisions, and legal articles.
- Prepare legal documents for review and use by attorneys.
- Investigate facts and laws of cases.
- File pleadings with court clerk.
- Prepare affidavits and maintain document files.
- Deliver subpoenas to witnesses and parties.
