Position Summary:
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team in the Litigation Department of their Atlanta office. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases
- Manage organization and maintenance of case-related materials
- Assist with discovery process and prepare for depositions
- Oversee and conduct document reviews and productions
- Conduct legal research using various resources
- Assist with law and motion practice
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Familiar with federal and state rules of procedure and evidence
- Perform authority and fact checking
- Assist with trial preparations and maintain trial calendars
- Prepare post-trial filings and assist with appeals if necessary
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- Attention to detail and ability to learn new technology
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple matters
- Skilled at drafting legal documents
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing demands

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certification preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Knowledge of Bluebook and Trial skills
- Trial experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management
- Experience with E-filing and litigation support applications
