Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in representing clients in judicial foreclosure proceedings
- Process work load and tasks according to firm procedures and client requirements
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain communication with courts, vendors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements
- Handle additional tasks or projects in support of foreclosure teams

Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Judicial foreclosure experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of multi-state legal and/or foreclosure processes preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
