Position Summary:

Parker McCay, a law firm, is looking for a legal assistant to join their Pennsylvania foreclosure judgment team. The selected candidate will work closely with clients, attorneys, and support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Navigating client management systems and completing daily processing tasks related to foreclosure timelines
• Reviewing Pennsylvania state court civil dockets
• Reviewing filed complaints, proofs of service, and notices of intent to take default judgment
• Running and reviewing Pacer and Department of Defense SCRA searches
• Assisting the judgment team with drafting and filing of default judgments and writs of execution

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Pennsylvania foreclosure experience required
• Proficiency in BKFS (LPS) and Tempo
• Key skills include critical thinking, effective written and spoken communications, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of files, multi-task, and adaptability
• Attention to detail
