Attorney The candidate should have experience providing counsel to independent schools, other educational institutions or non-profits, or government agencies involved in education policy. Responsibilities include counseling education clients on all manner of legal issues facing school communities, devising policies and practices relating to students, families and employees, and, when necessary, representing education clients in federal and state courts and before government agencies. Must have experience representing education clients or other legal experience with education policy. Demonstrated client communication/management experience is required. Should have Juris Doctorate from an accredited and prestigious law school. Must have Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing (admission in other states a plus).
