Renewable Energy Project Development and Finance Associate The candidate will work with clients at the forefront of the clean energy industry on first-rate projects from Alaska to New York. Should ideally have 2-7 years of law firm experience in project development, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Experience working in the renewable energy industry and experience with power purchase agreements, company or asset purchase and sale agreements, hedge contacts, equipment supply contracts, construction contracts or similar agreements is preferred.
