Responsibilities:
- Draft patent applications for various technologies
- Prosecute patent applications before the USPTO and global patent offices
- Conduct patentability searches and provide technical support for patent litigation cases
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to understand the technical aspects of inventions

Qualifications:
- Must have a . in Biotech or Chemistry
- Previous experience in patent drafting and prosecution preferred
- Must be registered to practice before the USPTO or willing to take the registration exam
