The law firm is seeking an experienced Labor Attorney to join their dynamic and established practice, representing prominent local and national employers. This full-time position is available in several locations including Greenville, South Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Raleigh, North Carolina; Birmingham, Alabama; Nashville, Tennessee; and Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of employment and labor law experience, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns.

If you are a proactive and passionate attorney with a strong background in labor law, this is an excellent opportunity for you to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. In this role, you will have extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
