The candidate should preferably have 1-3 years of experience advising private and/or public-sector employers on Federal and New York State labor and employment law matters, and litigating claims in federal and New York State courts. The ability to write in a clear, concise and effective manner is required. Should have experience representing plaintiffs. Must have excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills. Should have the ability to perform quick and reliable legal research. Should have knowledge of labor and employment law.
