Our attorneys are well recognized in their practice areas for their knowledge and experience in handling complex legal matters. Hancock Estabrook prides itself on providing value to our clients with an emphasis on personal attention. Our clients range from domestic to international corporations, to middle-market businesses and start-ups. We represent hospitals, health centers, long-term care facilities and other health service providers. We also serve school districts, colleges, universities, municipalities, public corporations, districts, individuals, nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations.
Hancock Estabrook, LLP practices law in the following areas and works with its clients to provide the best possible legal solutions.
Our program introduces law students to our Firm, allows them to experience the practical aspects of private practice and helps them focus on one or more areas of interest. We give our summer associates responsibilities that resemble those of new associates. Each is assigned a supervising attorney and an associate mentor to help regulate the flow of assignments, facilitate exposure to different practice areas, provide guidance and feedback and generally act as a sounding board. Rather than confine our students to a formal rotation program, we expose our summer associates to all of our practice areas throughout the summer. While research and writing are important parts of the summer program, we provide our summer associates with numerous opportunities to attend client meetings, trials, depositions and motions.
