As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for defending and litigating lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. You will represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. Additionally, you will provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials and at least 2 years of litigation experience. An employment law background is strongly preferred. You must also have an active TX bar admission or the ability to obtain admission quickly. Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures is essential, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
