Trade Remedies Attorney The candidates should have strong interpersonal, time management, writing and litigation skills. The attorney must be comfortable with direct contact with clients and the Courts and have the ability to prioritize client requests and meet deadlines. In addition, the attorney must have the ability to work both independently and cooperatively with administrative and paralegal personnel, other subject matter experts and attorneys on the team. (5 plus years’ experience required) with a strong background in customs and/or international trade remedy litigation and admitted to the Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Experience in handling customs and/or international trade issues administratively is a plus.
