Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work alongside partners in a thriving finance practice and engage with clients
- Collaborate with the firm's other offices, including internationally
- Handle a variety of debt finance transactions, including bank and private lenders, senior and mezzanine debt facilities, and more
- Experience in workouts or restructuring transactions is a plus
- Demonstrate a drive to succeed and enthusiasm for engaging with clients
- Work well with others in a collegial and client-oriented team
- Strong drafting and client counseling skills
- Motivated and have good presentation and client handling skills
- Ability to engage with and mentor junior attorneys
- Desire to develop a career at Dorsey

Qualifications:
- JD degree from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school
- Five or more years of debt finance or analogous experience at a large national or international law firm
- Texas bar admission or ability to become admitted in Texas
- Strong communication and writing skills
