Location:
Duties:
- Handle a wide range of business and real estate transactions.
- Advise clients on various legal matters, including tax, estates and trusts, intellectual property, and health law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support transaction strategies.
- Collaborate with other attorneys to develop legal solutions for clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in business and/or real estate transactions.
- Portable business preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be admitted to practice law in Maryland.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Active license to practice law in Maryland.
Skills:
