This position is open to candidates in any of our California offices, including San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Sacramento. Salary Range: $215,000 - $295,000 (annualized base salary)

Job Summary:

GT is seeking a qualified candidate with at least 2 years of traditional labor law experience to join our Labor & Employment Group. The associate will have the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of industries and handle a range of traditional labor matters, including labor relations, collective bargaining, and union campaigns. This position also offers the opportunity to work on employment litigation cases.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on traditional labor law matters
- Conduct research and writing projects related to labor relations and law
- Represent clients in grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board
- Participate in employment litigation cases, if applicable
- Maintain strong academic credentials and active membership with the California State Bar

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of traditional labor law experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Active member of the California State Bar
