Managing Attorney Dockets and Deadlines - Efficiently Maintaining Client Files - Providing Top-notch Legal Services

H1: Join a Collaborative Team as a Family Law Paralegal at a Growing Law Firm
H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage attorney dockets and ensure timely deadlines are met
- Review files and communicate with attorneys about case status and upcoming deadlines
- Assist attorneys with preparation for client meetings and legal proceedings
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
- Communicate regularly with clients and maintain positive relationships with all parties involved
- Cover front desk and phone as needed to provide professional service to visitors
- Maintain a good reputation among clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of Paralegal experience, preferably in Family Law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing excellent customer service
- Independent and able to complete tasks within given parameters and instructions

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make decisions using both data and experience
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: - per hour
