The Cadwalader New York office is seeking an experienced associate to join their Finance practice, specializing in Fund Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to join the market leader in the US and Europe, representing top-tier banks, private credit funds, and insurance companies in structuring and negotiating complex, cross-border financing arrangements with various types of funds and investment companies.

Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of structures, including NAV loans, secondaries facilities, subscription lines, hybrid arrangements, and more.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to manage client relationships and move transactions forward independently.
- Utilize strong drafting and client communication skills to successfully navigate highly structured, bespoke transactions.

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a corporate transactional practice, with a focus on corporate finance or secured lending.
- Familiarity with derivatives is a plus, but not required.

Salary Information:
- Anticipated annual base salary range: $260,000 - $365,000.
