  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and legal strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on intricate litigation issues.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and conferences related to general liability cases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations related to general liability practice.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the Rhode Island Bar; additional admission in Massachusetts is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
