# Mid-Level Corporate Associate - Law Firm

Law Firm is currently seeking a mid-level associate to join its dynamic M&A and private equity practice in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance and related business matters.

## Job Description

The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. In addition, the candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.

## Salary

This position may be filled in New York City, Colorado, or California. In accordance with the New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York City, Colorado, and California is $250,000min - $370,000max/yr. This range is specific to these two locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
