Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Various locations in California (remote and hybrid options available)

Salary: $215,000 - $295,000 (based on experience and other job-related factors)

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of traditional labor law experience
- Strong academic credentials and active member of the California State Bar
- Experience with client counseling, research and writing, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and union campaigns
- Some employment litigation experience preferred
