- Seeking an associate attorney with energy regulatory experience to join our Projects/Energy & Infrastructure group at our Washington, DC office.
- Prior experience with the rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) strongly preferred.
- Opportunity to work on project-level agreements such as power purchase agreements and other offtake agreements.
- Class years 2018-2021 preferred for this position.

- Draft project-level agreements such as power purchase agreements and other offtake agreements.

Qualifications:
