Overview:

- Seeking an associate attorney with energy regulatory experience to join our Projects/Energy & Infrastructure group at our Washington, DC office.
- Prior experience with the rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) strongly preferred.
- Opportunity to work on project-level agreements such as power purchase agreements and other offtake agreements.
- Class years 2018-2021 preferred for this position.
- Must submit resume and law school transcript(s).

Responsibilities:

- Work on energy regulatory matters, with a focus on the rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
- Draft project-level agreements such as power purchase agreements and other offtake agreements.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to provide top-quality advice and legal insight to clients.

Qualifications:

- Approximately 3-6 years of energy regulatory experience.
- Prior experience with FERC rules and regulations strongly preferred.
- Interest in learning how to draft project-level agreements.
- Class years 2018-2021 preferred.
- Must submit resume and law school transcript(s).
