The candidate will include federal court appearances, drafting various motions, file management from inception to finish, monitoring discovery and oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process. The Candidate will also appear for and conduct depositions in a fast paced and high volume practice. Should have 2- 4 years of experience to join our federal Consumer Law litigation Team. MUST be licensed in the State of Illinois. Previous litigation experience required, preferably in the areas of bankruptcy, consumer and debt collection.
