Job Description:

The Trade Remedies Associate Attorney will join the firm's International Trade practice group and will be responsible for handling a variety of unfair trade proceedings. This includes working on cases involving antidumping, countervailing duty, Section 301 and Section 232 investigations. The Associate will work closely with the firm's experienced team of attorneys and will have the opportunity to work on high-stakes cases for Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on trade remedies cases
- Draft legal documents and briefs for submission to government agencies and courts
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic advice
- Participate in hearings and meetings with government agencies and other parties
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and arguments
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to international trade

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working on unfair trade proceedings in a nationally recognized law firm or government agency
- Strong knowledge of antidumping, countervailing duty, Section 301 and Section 232 laws and regulations
- Experience with the Department of Commerce and/or International Trade Commission is highly preferred
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Must be a member of the . Bar or eligible to waive in
