  • Interact with clients, the USPTO, and foreign associates to manage domestic and foreign patent applications and strategies.

  • Collaborate with colleagues from diverse practice groups and offices.

Requirements:

  • Must be a registered patent attorney.
  • Possess an advanced degree and research experience in biological sciences.
  • 3-8 years of patent experience in life sciences.
  • Hold a . in biological sciences (., molecular or cell biology, microbiology, immunology, genetics, organic chemistry, or biochemistry).
  • Demonstrate a superior academic record and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior law firm experience in patent matters within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
  • Maintain current registration and good standing with the USPTO.
  • Display leadership skills and excel in a collaborative team environment.
