H2: Responsibilities of an Intake Analyst at Williams Mullen - Review, analyze, and summarize conflict search reports associated with new business intake process. - Identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest in accordance with firm policies and internal controls. - Perform client and matter intake processes. - Maintain client and matter information in Aderant. - Conduct time-sensitive and thorough research and data analysis for new business, lateral hires, and other special projects. - Prepare reports and summaries for attorney review. - Communicate with attorneys, practice assistants, and team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of conflict reports. - Review all information submitted for new business intake requests and ensure accuracy and completeness. - Process client change requests and update client records. - Display professionalism and a positive attitude internally and externally. - Advise attorneys and other firm personnel on conflicts and new client engagement procedures. - Conduct training on client/matter intake processes. - Handle additional duties as assigned.
