- Order, analyze, negotiate, and prepare due diligence, agreements, and loan modification documents.
- Ensure compliance with State, Federal, Bank, and SBA regulations.
- Cross-check information, identify risks, and resolve or escalate as necessary.
- Work closely with various departments and outside parties to ensure efficient and accurate loan modification process.
- Manage filing and recording of security instruments.
- Required and preferred experience:
