This position offers a flexible hybrid remote schedule, allowing for work from any of our McNees offices.

The Intellectual Property Group at McNees partners with clients to navigate legal issues related to new and exciting developments in this area of law. We provide counsel on obtaining and maintaining a competitive advantage through the use and protection of intellectual property and technology.

Desired Qualifications:

. from an accredited law school with active licensure
3-5 years of relevant experience in trademark and copyright law including prosecution, portfolio management (domestic and international), litigation, software and technology contracting, marketing and advertising claims, trade secrets, licensing, franchise and distribution arrangements, and privacy and data security
Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven
