Desired Qualifications:

. from an accredited law school with active licensure
3-5 years of relevant experience in trademark and copyright law including prosecution, portfolio management (domestic and international), litigation, software and technology contracting, marketing and advertising claims, trade secrets, licensing, franchise and distribution arrangements, and privacy and data security
Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven
