This position can be based in any of our . office locations including Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Washington ., Seattle, and Santa Monica.

Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, and regulations
- Assist attorneys in drafting and filing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Maintain case files and databases
- Coordinate trial preparation and support attorneys during trial
- Utilize strong Excel and database skills to organize and analyze case information
- Stay current on state, federal, and ITC court rules and procedures
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to provide efficient and effective support for litigation matters
- Handle administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Knowledge of state, federal, and ITC court rules and procedures
- Experience with electronic discovery and document management systems
- Strong communication, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Excel and database management
- Four-year degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
