Family Law Attorney Are you a qualified mediator with experience in family law matters involving children? Do you have experience trying cases in state and federal courts? Bailey & Galyen, a leading consumer law firm, is looking for a Family Law Attorney to join our team! What You'll Do The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for helping clients as a strong and effective advocate for our clients handling all aspects of family law, such as divorce, child custody and child support. What You Bring • Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school. • Admission to the bar in the state in which you intend to practice. • 3-5 years of experience assisting clients with family law. • Experience or expertise in a specific branch of law may be preferred. • Commitment to abiding by local, state, and federal laws and behaving ethically. • Ability to work independently or with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies. • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.
