Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will be answering discovery, interrogatories and request for production of documents. Summarizing medical records, prepare routine motions to compel discovery or extend discovery, as well as claim file review and redactions. Should have 3+ years of experience. Should possess strong technology skills, including command of Microsoft Office Suite. Must be confident, highly motivated, and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, and project a positive and empathetic attitude. Should work well independently and possesses excellent organizational, written & verbal communication and time management skills. Should be proactive and possesses a high degree of professionalism and demonstrates initiative and follow-through while managing multiple, competing deadlines.
