Clyde & Co, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their New Jersey office. This role will provide full spectrum assistance to the international risk and reinsurance team, representing US and foreign insurers in complex and high-profile coverage litigations and arbitrations.

As a Paralegal at Clyde & Co, you will be part of a team of over 5,500 people, including 490 partners, 2,400 lawyers, and 3,200 legal professionals, in nearly 70 offices worldwide. Responsibilities for this role include document review and organization, preparation of privilege logs, fact research, assisting with depositions, and more. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, outstanding academic credentials, strong written and communication skills, and intellectual curiosity.
