Law Firm Seeking Sr. Associate Attorney with Employment Law Experience in Princeton, NJ

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and complaints
- Assist in managing caseloads and deadlines
- Prepare and conduct depositions and manage the discovery process
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Mentor and supervise junior associates, paralegals, and support staff

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of litigation or clerkship experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-based environment
- Admitted to the New York Bar
