Join our team at Clark Hill and be a part of a dynamic and successful law firm. We are currently seeking a Contract Paralegal (Warranty) to join our Litigation business unit in Los Angeles, CA. This is a remote position with the potential for permanent hire, and we are open to candidates who are local to Los Angeles or who can work fully remotely.

As a Paralegal at Clark Hill, you will have the opportunity to work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience and a strong background in California legal matters, although this is not a requirement.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate, as well as experience assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation. They will also be able to manage high-volume litigation files and possess excellent computer skills and attention to detail. Superior written and oral communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
