As a Legal Project Manager at Circle, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of litigation, investigation, and technical projects. This includes coordinating with senior litigation attorneys, handling case management, tracking and reporting, discovery responses, and information gathering. You will also be responsible for supporting multiple tasks and individuals, requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This is a remote position, with the option to work from our New York City office. Responsibilities: - Manage a variety of litigation, investigation, and technical projects - Coordinate with senior litigation attorneys and other departments - Handle case management, tracking and reporting, and discovery responses - Support multiple tasks and individuals - Conduct research, fact gathering, and data analysis - Assist with the development of policies and procedures for managing information - Prepare and facilitate the delivery of legal documents Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 7+ years of litigation experience in a corporate, law firm, or government environment - Experience with eDiscovery platforms - Familiarity with information governance and best practices - Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills - Competence with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite Preferred Qualifications: - Legal executive assistant, paralegal certificate, or project manager certification/experience - Team-oriented, articulate, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure - Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and integrity Circle is a financial technology company that is revolutionizing the way we handle money.
