• Assist in the preparation of compliance manuals and policies;
• Assist with the preparation of corporate documents;
• Assist with the preparation of documents and filings related to the formation of new entities;
• Assist with the preparation of documents and filings related to the registration of trademarks;
• Assist with the preparation of documents and filings related to the formation of new entities;
• Prepare and file annual reports with the Secretary of State;
• Prepare and file other documents with the Secretary of State;
• Prepare and file documents with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN);
• Prepare and file documents with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC);
• Prepare and file documents with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC);
• Prepare and file documents with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB);
• Prepare and file documents with other state and federal agencies.
