Responsibilities:

- Utilize your in-depth legal knowledge to make informed decisions in immigration matters
- Manage client relationships with a strong focus on client service
- Conduct case review, analysis, and preparation for both immigrant and non-immigrant petitions
- Stay up-to-date on procedural requirements for various visas
- Participate in all aspects of the immigration practice
- Utilize case management and billing systems to efficiently handle caseload

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in immigration law
- Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and procedures
- Excellent case management skills
- Client-service mindset and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
