Senior Legal Assistant The candidate will assist attorney in preparing of immigration and non-immigrant visa filings. Assist attorney in documentation preparation, drafting and coordination investment transactions. Under the supervising of an attorney, conduct legal research, draft documents, collects supporting evidences, organize and maintain files, and administrative management of case files. LLM or JD degree required and 1-year experience as paralegal or legal assistant involving duties in immigration filing (accepted paid intern or trainee experience).
