Summary:

Law Firm Farah & Farah is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury law to join their team in Savannah, GA. The Paralegal will play a crucial role in all phases of the litigation process, from initial case assessments to post-trial proceedings. This is a full-time, regular position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting pre-claim investigations and legal research
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and filing them with the court
- Performing administrative duties such as calendar management and organization of case files
- Assisting with federal and state administrative filings
- Maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes
- Organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Preparing for trial and arbitration, including managing trial exhibits and assisting attorneys
- Aiding with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Gathering relevant information from various sources
- Liaising between trial teams and third parties
- Assisting with voir-dire, jury selection, and witness preparation
- Addressing client inquiries about case status and appointments
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury law
- Experience with federal and state court litigation cases
- Familiarity with federal and state procedures
- Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and court rules and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal technology
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
