Notice Norton Rose Fulbright, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Practice Coordinator to join our Disputes practice in our Los Angeles office. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually. As the Practice Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to lawyers in the Disputes practice, including document production, organization, research, and client support. You will also be responsible for maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating with clients and outside counsel. This position will require presence in the Los Angeles office at least two days per week, with some flexibility and overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Document production, including formatting, editing, and finalizing legal documents - Proofreading for content, grammar, and accuracy - Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, depositions, and conference calls - E-filing with various courts and staying up to date on filing requirements and deadlines - Maintaining organization of client files, both physical and electronic - Preparing and processing new client/new matter forms, conflicts searches, and engagement letters - Reviewing and editing pre-bills for submission to billing department - Inputting time entry for assigned lawyers and tracking work in progress and account receivables - Delegating administrative tasks as needed and tracking delegated activities to completion - Interacting and following up with clients, outside counsel, and others as needed - Maintaining contact lists and coordinating mailings for timekeepers - Tracking deadlines and status of cases/matters and updating lawyers and/or docketing department - Assisting with paralegal duties as assigned - Providing backup support to other practice groups as needed Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm or professional service organization, with litigation experience preferred - - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat - Familiarity with litigation calendaring and software preferred - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed - Demonstrates accountability and takes pride in work - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Basic understanding of law firm principles At Norton Rose Fulbright, we value diversity and inclusivity in our workplace and are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
