Procopio, one of the top law firms in the country, is seeking a Senior IP Assistant or Trademark Paralegal to join their growing Intellectual Property team. This hybrid in-office/work-from-home position is located in one of their California offices, with a salary range of $75,000 - $120,000 annually depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file US and Madrid trademark applications
- Manage foreign counsel on national trademark applications
- Correspond with clients regarding USPTO and foreign trademark office communications
- Manage an active trademark prosecution docket and communicate with attorneys and docketing regarding deadlines
- Handle Trademark Trial and Appeal Board matters
- Coordinate trademark enforcement and customs recordals in the US and with foreign associates
- Prepare and file copyright registrations
- Manage domain name disputes

Requirements:

- 4+ years of law firm experience with a focus on trademark prosecution
- Proficiency in MS Office and online information databases
- Familiarity with USPTO systems
