Experience Information:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in chemical or biotech prosecution, PTAB post-grant proceedings, and/or opinion work

Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide variety of patent prosecution matters in the biological, biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceutical fields
- Provide quality service to domestic and foreign clients
- Conduct research and analysis related to patent prosecution
- Participate in PTAB post-grant proceedings and provide opinions as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure success on projects

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or related field
- Must be registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office
- 3-5 years of experience in chemical or biotech prosecution, PTAB post-grant proceedings, and/or opinion work
