Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck, P.C Reviews

- Reviewed on August 04, 2017

Advice to law firm management: The staff would feel more motivated to work if the firm took on cases that were exciting. HR should host firm workshops or meetings to help close the line for the staff that dislikes collaborating.

Pros: In comparison to other firms, this office in particular does an outstanding job of rewarding their staff with bonuses. The environment encompasses comfort and culture, and is very welcoming to new associates.

Cons: When dealing with payment, you are only rewarded based on how hard you work. The work is varied, but stress that comes from working with not a not very welcoming staff makes it difficult.
