Senior Associate The candidate's duties include: Provide advice to clients, in a variety of industries; Lead and manage client projects; Support marketing by participating in training, drafting articles and blogs. Research, write, and review advice. Aid in the management, career development and training of team members. Provide leadership to associates and law clerks and assist in reviewing their work. Should have five years of recent direct experience in Customs Law; Must have expertise in the following: Detention/Seizure cases; IPR Penalty cases; Liquidated Damages/Penalty cases; Responses to CBP Form 4647; CBP 28/29 & Protests; Prior Disclosures; HTS classification; Binding Ruling request submissions; CTPAT; FTZ/Bonded warehouse applications; Should have JD Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and member in good standing in any state Bar. Portable business a plus (with hefty origination bonus).
