Perkins Coie, a top law firm, is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant (Legal Secretary) for their Commercial Litigation Department in Portland, OR. The Legal Practice Assistant will provide highly varied and complex litigation and administrative support, with minimal supervision, to designated attorneys. This includes creating, editing, and proofreading legal documents, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for timekeepers and clients.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least seven years of law firm experience. Notary certification and product liability knowledge are helpful. Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel and excellent organizational and communication skills are also required.

- Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation
